Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve the company's business goals. 2. Manage and lead the marketing team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating the performance of team members. 3. Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities. 4. Analyze and evaluate the results of marketing activities in order to optimize and improve strategies.

Position: Engineering Design Engineer Job responsibilities: Responsible for the initial design, functional planning, and technology implementation of product development. Improve and optimize existing products to enhance efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with the team to develop project plans and complete design tasks on time and with high quality. Participate in market research to understand industry trends and technological development trends. Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, assist customers in resolving issues.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mechanical, electronic, computer related fields. At least 3 years of work experience in engineering design or related fields, familiar with product design processes. Proficient in CAD, Solidworks and other design software, with good drawing and modeling skills. Familiar with product development process and understand roof load calculation. Possess good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
